💙 This World Drowning Prevention Day, we celebrate the confidence that starts in the water.
At Eastern Sirens, every training session is about more than artistic swimming. It's about building strong swimming skills, confidence, teamwork and a lifelong love of the water in a safe, inclusive environment for people of all ages and abilities.

A big thank you to Ivanhoe Swim for having us along for a fantastic session!
We loved introducing your swimmers to the world of sculling and sharing how these techniques can help develop greater feel for the water, body awareness and control. Skills that support all kinds of swimming.
We had a great time and look forward to seeing you in the pool again soon!
