Looking forward to this one!
As our Summer Holiday Clinics come to an end, we want to give a huge thank you to BBALR for supplying us with some awesome training equipment. The quality has been outstanding, and we highly recommend their products to any coaches or athletes looking to level up their training.
Keep an eye out for our future Clinics — We’ll be dropping fresh new merch and have some exciting news as we partner with Body Reflexion to introduce many of the boys to strength and conditioning, with a strong focus on hip mobility — a key component for moving freely, efficiently, and staying healthy on the basketball court.

40 Hawks through our door today! 🏀💪💚🤍
The Ringwood Hawks u14 Squad represented their club perfectly today. Boys from 7 teams in to learn the other side of being a Basketball player & athlete.
Preparation, improving how we move, speed, agility, injury prevention and being a great teammate in the gym.
Gave it 100% effort & focus, loved hosting you boys!

Connections series part 3 of 12 - “Friendship”
Basketball teammates and friends, Jackson, Sam and Lucas have trained together on the basketball court for many hours, now in the gym together.
Modern youth Rep and high level domestic basketball is fast, athletic and highly skilled. It’s demanding on young hoopers.
Learning how to move better, safer and stronger goes a long way on the court. Helping to prevent injury, improving pace and balance also makes learning and refining basketball skills easier too.
Mateship in the gym can also be a huge support both physically and mentally. A big stress reliever is just sharing a laugh in between sets and support each other’s progress and success.

Connections series part 2 of 12 - “Generations”
Continuing our family connections, it’s one of our beautiful mum and daughter teams! Always loving, supportive and sometimes competitive 😝
Agnes and Celeste joined at different times and both jumped very easily into our gym culture as a perfect fit. Joining for different reasons and at different stages of life but both now enjoying the health and physical benefits that come with lifting weights and learning how to move more mindfully and unlocking their athleticism.

Some of the magic in what makes our gym great is the connections we share. In this series we want to showcase some of our special connections. The links we share are part of how we keep training and stay committed to our health and fitness.
3 generations in one training session! John, Kaden and Archer. Being able to train together, different stages, abilities and goals but sharing in what lifting gives you individually and as a family.

They crushed it and had fun doing it! 👏 Can’t wait for the next one! 💪
