Major shoutout to Pabi! She’s been killing it the last 3 months with me, with the goals of losing body fat and increasing strength and muscle, we’ve been able to achieve just that, and continual room to grow.

She has lost a total of 12 cm off her waist, whilst also gaining 3 cm around her glutes!

Lifts across all compound lifts are increasing like crazy, currently squatting 60 kg and deadlifting 70 kg (without any prior experience). Most importantly Pabi has shown significant improvements in her confidence, now comfortable wearing gym clothing and training by her self outside of 1 on 1 training. To me, this is what it’s about! Starting your journey shouldn’t always be about physical appearance, rather the improvement within, including confidence, self esteem, discipline, mental health and everything else that comes with having better lifestyle choices and structure.

Big shoutout to Chadani for having an amazing attitude throughout her fitness journey. From having no background in weight lifting to completely transforming not only her physique but her every day habits and mentality.

We are currently almost up 6 kgs since starting together almost 3 months ago. Our main priority was developing good eating habits to facilitate muscle growth, such as having an appropriate intake of protein within each meals and to really focus on eating regularly. Alot more room for growth, only up from here 🔑📈

‼️16 week transformation spotlight ‼️

🚀 Big shoutout to Thalia for a successful bulking phase, 54.3 kg in the left on April 22, to an all time high at 59.6 Kg in the right on August 12

We followed a 4 day split, Lower, Upper, Lower and Full body, allowing for higher volume for glutes and hamstrings which was a big focus 🍑

Prior to this, she was not following a structured program and was afraid of lifting heavy. Our biggest aim was to introduce her to heavy compounds and increase strength on all lifts, which we have achieved as seen on a previous post on her PR’s 🚀

Focus on nutrition was not strict, however we monitored body weight weekly and increased caloric intake to facilitate for an anabolic environment. The process is not complicated, have goals, set a plan and execute accordingly. Now we look to lean out this frame for the summer! 🔥✅

12 week Body recomposition transformation 🚀

Massive shoutout to the man Hamish!

Like most people, following the lockdowns Hamish fell out of his normal training routine, lost a lot of muscle and motivation.

He came to me to get back into that routine with additional training and nutritional guidance. What we achieved here was 12 weeks of body recomposition, going from our starting weight of 66.2 kgs to 72.8 kgs. We went about a 4 day training split of Push, Pull, Legs, Upper to facilitate his goals and schedule.

Through consistency and determination we were able to get back to where we were and more.
