🏃 6–8 years: 6:00pm
🏃 Long Distance (9 years+): 6:00pm
🏃 9 years and above: 6:30pm

🌧️ Weather updates will be posted on Facebook at 4:30pm for Tots and 5:30pm for all other groups. Please do not message us to ask if athletics is on, as we will not be answering these messages.

🎒 Remember snacks if needed, water, a jacket, and a toilet stop before starting!

🏃‍♀️🔴🟡 WEEK 1 PROGRAM – FRIDAY 16TH OCTOBER 🟡⚫

We’re looking forward to seeing everyone back on the track this Friday for Week 1! 🎉

📋 PROGRAM: The Week 1 program is available via the links section on our page.

🏃‍♀️ TRIALLERS: If you’re completing your second trial tonight, please head to the front gate 20 minutes before your age group start time so we can get you organised. We’d love to get all remaining trials completed as soon as possible!

👕 UNIFORM & PATCH PICK UP: The uniform shop will be open strictly from 4:45pm–5:45pm.

🌦️ WET WEATHER UPDATE

We will continue to monitor the weather and track conditions closely. Any changes to Friday night’s program will be communicated via our page.

✅ If there is no weather update posted, athletics is going ahead as scheduled!

Please do not message us to ask whether athletics is on. We will make timely decisions based on the conditions and communicate any changes for all age groups as soon as possible.

Depending on the track conditions, we may need to run a wet weather program instead of the scheduled program.

🚽 IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR PARENTS

Please ensure all younger athletes visit the toilet before the start of competition. This helps keep the night running smoothly and minimises interruptions once events begin.

⏰ ARRIVAL & MARSHALLING

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time for marshalling.

🙋‍♀️ PARENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

We also need parent volunteers to help as Age Managers and Age Group Helpers. Our club is run entirely by volunteers, and we need your support to ensure all athletes can compete.

🏃‍♀️ ZONE ENTRIES ARE NOW OPEN!🏃‍♂️

Riverstone Athletics athletes, it’s time to start thinking about your events for Zone! 🔴🟡

📅 Dates:November 27, 28 & 29

📍Location:A.H. Whaling Reserve, Baulkham Hills

Please read the important information below before registering!👇

🔸 Event limits:

Ages 7–11: Maximum of 4 events

Ages 12+: Maximum of 6 events

Only 6 athletes per event can represent Riverstone, so places are limited!

🔸 Parent/Guardian Volunteering – MANDATORY

Every participating athlete MUST have a parent/guardian complete ONE volunteer time slot over the Zone weekend. This will be sent out closer to the event. First to volunteer will obviously have greater times to select from. A committee member is at each time slot to run the event we just need hands to make it run smoothly.

⚠️ No volunteer time slot = no competition!Athletes will not be able to compete if a volunteer time slot has not been selected.

📧 Registration paperwork will be emailed to the email address you used when registering with Riverstone Athletics. Keep an eye on your inbox!

📩 An email will also be sent tomorrow with the registration link and further information.
