Mum to 2 young children under 1 & 2yrs old absolutely crushing her training & nutrition.
This is what 18 weeks of a conservative dieting phase looks like. Only 2 kgs between each photo but as you can see a completely different body composition.
Calories have stayed over 1800 the entire time, with a daily step count & 2 resistance training sessions weekly
Fat lost and muscle gained with a total of 34 cm from girth measurements.
So proud of the work you have put in & the results show. Can’t wait to see what unfolds the next 18 💪

8 weeks progress. X2 PT sessions with me weekly, x2 days at the gym following her personalised online program and specific macros based on her goals.
Results 28cm loss from girth measurements, 9cm alone from her waist, same scale weight, hitting PB’s every week in her sessions, better sleep, reduced stress, feeling empowered and strong! And we ain’t done yet!!
