💗 Pink Shirt Day 💗

I’ll be honest... filming this felt a little vulnerable.

Standing in front of a camera in a sports bra isn’t something I would normally do. But if this video encourages even one woman to check her breasts, then it’s worth it.

On the 1st of every month, we wear pink at Halligan’s Fitness as a reminder to perform a breast self-check.

Over the years, five women in our community have discovered lumps after being encouraged to check. That simple habit may have helped them seek medical advice earlier.

So today, please take a minute.

Check your breasts. Know what is normal for your body. And if something doesn’t feel right, see your doctor.

Early detection matters. 💗
