The energy was HIGH, the effort was unreal and somehow amongst an absolutely brutal workout there was a whole lot of fun being had! 🥹🩷
Balls were thrown, balls were stolen, dance breaks were taken, trainers were punished, friendly competition got VERY real and there were so many laughs and smiles in between!
Thank you to everyone who showed up and brought the energy. You made our 1 hour special exactly what we hoped it would be. 💖
