The third and final workout of the day! Noah surprise here (see what I did?). Noah elected for gymnastics and so we will all get after it!

All three workouts have been released. Some synchronized, some partitioned how you see fit, and even some individual work!

All that's left is to get signed up and come have a crack so we can get these boys to the Games!

Workout 1! Competition Corner will have full movement standards and description but we have a barn burner brought to you by himself!

Each partner will end up doing 3 minutes of rowing and 3 minutes of the AMRAP. RX crew will even get to spice up those squats!

Minute 1-2: Rest and Swap

Welcome to "Cliff n Noahs Road to the Games 25" fundraiser competition!

It is time for us to compete again. This time a little different and EVEN MORE fun!

What to expect? The unexpected. A competition where you can LITERALLY bring anyone you like. No specific divisions. No specific genders. Just you and your best training partner having a go at THREE workouts on July 26th here at CrossFit Awaken!

All the movements in the competition are listed in the description. There won't be anything hidden... well, for you competitors anyway.. and the workouts will be released well in advance. One thing we can promise.... This thing will be inclusive. Specific scaling will be discussed and approved if brought up to the staff before hand if something cannot somehow be achieved. And RX athletes, don't fret... you will be tested.

So sign up now and help us raise money for Cliff and Noah! Proceeds from this competition will be going towards travel and lodging in Las Vegas, Nevada in September when they compete in the Adaptive CrossFit Games. Can't make it? Follow the links and buy a shirt instead!
