RFC is the largest fitness centre/gym in Rockhampton and everybody from 13 yrs to 113 yrs is welcome no matter what your fitness level is.

ROCKHAMPTON FITNESS CENTER IS CLOSING ON 30th JUNE 2025.
NORM AND DIANNE ARE RETIRING.
All monthly payments for membership will stop automatically and they are paid up until 26th June but you are welcome until 30th June 2025.
If your membership has been paid up front can you please give staff your bank details so we can return to you any membership paid for after 30th June 2025.
Norm Dianne staff snd family would like to express their appreciation to all members over the years who have been part of our centre.
The Building has been sold and will open again as a gymnasium after extensive renovation .

Hi everyone! The power will be off at the ROCKHAMPTON FITNESS CENTRE today between 8.30am and 2.30 pm. There will not be any babysitting. We are still OPEN for training. Norm and staff. Have a great day
RFC will be 24 hour tag entry from Friday 29th March until 5.30 Tuesday 2nd April at 5.30 am.

Rockhampton Fitness Centre has changed their opening hours.
Staffed hours Monday to Friday 5.30 am to 7.30pm
Saturday 9am to 1 pm
All other hours by 24 hour tag.
