Join AFL Capricornia Staff and Coaches and Gold Coast Suns Academy Coaches for a chance to further develop your footy journey during the summer offseason.

These Camps provide extensive development and training opportunities for youth players who wish to elevate their game, further their skills or get a taste of AFL football before the 2027 season.

Girls Camp

🏆 An electric second-half performance saw BITS Saints run away with the CQ Today AFL Capricornia Under-17s Premiership.

The Saints found a fifth gear in the stinging heat at Rockhampton Cricket Grounds last Sunday to clean up Yeppoon 10.7 (67) to 4.10 (34).

🔴⚫⚪The first of BITS Saints' two CQ Today AFL Capricornia Youth grand final triumphs came from a composed performance by the club’s Under-15s.
In the middle of the day, things became hot, temperature-wise, but on the pitch the Saints stayed ice-cold.
BITS kept their heads, while opponents Glenmore became too heated, culminating in a 10.5 (65) to 4.10 (34) win for the Saints.

Glenmore Bulls fairytale run ended with the side draped in the CQ Today AFL Capricornia Under-16s Girls premiership flag.

The Bulls completed the miracle run from fourth place to be crowned the competition winners with a 5.7 (37) to 3.10 (28) victory in a thrilling grand final on Sunday.

⚪⚫️ Cometh-the-hour, cometh Jacob Flick, who created a lifelong memory for himself and his Rockhampton Panthers teammates in the final moments of the CQ Today AFL Capricornia Under-13s Mixed grand final ⚪⚫️

The Under-13s Mixed competition delivered arguably the final of the day with Rockhampton Panthers and Yeppoon only separated by three points.
