BABY CLASSES:
From 5-6 months old we have a specialised program for our babies to take them from water awareness to going into the pool without parents our program gives them the time to develop the necessary skills to be able to move forward with no stress. LEARN TO SWIM CLASSES:
From 3yrs to squad levels. Starting from water confidence to correct body position. To learning the 4 different strokes, getting stroke development and correction leading up to squad and competition. We also offer 1 on 1 classes to achieve that special gold. Our instructors are fully Austswim qualified. Our instructors are very compassionate, friendly and caring for all the swimmers different needs. We have regular training sessions throughout the year and attend conferences to keep up with everything that is going on in the swimming industry. We are a very family orientated swim school which understands different needs. Our premises are always kept clean and fresh. Our gardens are looked after and well presented. WATER WORKOUTS:

Water workouts are a great form of exercise with great benefits for all. Great for all ages and fitness levels. No pressure on your joints. MON-THURS - 6.15 - 7.15pm
WEDNESDAY- 11.30am - 12.30pm
THURSDAY - 12 noon - 1.00pm
SATURDAY - 7.00 - 8.00am

LAP SWIMMING AND HYDRO

This is a great opportunity to get fit and recover quickly after having surgery. The water supports your body so there is no impact on the recovering area, which enables you to exercise with less pain. MON,WED&FRI - 7.00 to 8.30am
TUESDAY - 11.30 - 12.30pm
THURSDAY - 1.00 -2.00pm

Affinity Swim always practices to be safe in and around water, it is so important to teach your kids to swim. It only takes seconds for a child to drown and it is so quite you don't hear a thing. Hydrotherapy/lap swimming.

Come along to our indoor heated pool, swim laps or come and do your exercises to help your body's recovery process. Please feel free to bring your physios if or when needed. (We have stairs and rails into the shallow end for extra help into and out of the water)

Monday – 7:00am to 8:30am
Wednesday - 7:00am to 8:30am
Thursday – 1:00pm to 2:00pm
Friday - 7:00am to 8:30am

Cost: Casual - $4-00 Card - $40-00 (cash only)
Cards have 10 passes and one free pass

Water Workouts

With a qualified teacher running our classes and open to all fitness levels from beginners to professional athletes, our water workout classes will leave you energised. We do water aerobics and structured exercises that gets your cardio up and increase your physical fitness. It’s also perfect for all ages up to 90-years-old, as it gives no pressure on the the joints. Join a simple exercise or high intensity training for an hour and experience lots of fun.

Monday - 5:45pm to 6:45pm
Tuesday - 6:15pm to 7:15pm
Wednesday - 6:15pm - 7:15pm (Please note: This class has been cancelled until further notice)
Thursday - 12pm to 1:00pm & 5:45pm to 6:45pm

Well here we are already the last week of term 2 and what a great term it has been, we have seen so much improvement from our swimmers and we are looking forward to seeing what next term will bring for all of them 😁🏊‍♀️🎉

DATES REMINDER - Term 3 starts Monday 8th July 2024 and will finish Saturday 14th September 2024.

Don't forget our pool is heated to a beautiful 32 degrees so no need let this cold weather keep you away. We see so much improvement from our swimmers that swim in term 3 as they are swimming all year round, so they have that extra 10 weeks to help them along.

We have a few days coming up where some things won't be on.

Thursday 25th April - Anzac Day, we will be shut for all lessons/water workouts

Friday 26th April - NO HYDRO. Lessons will run as normal.

Saturday 27th April - NO WATER WORKOUTS - Lessons will run as normal.

Saturday 4th May - NO WATER WORKOUTS - Lessons will run as normal.

Sandra will be away on these days due to some family commitments.

As you all know the cryptosporidiosis virus has been spreading, we have been doing our part to keep our pool clear but we need your assistance as well, if you have any signs of the virus or illness in general, please DO NOT COME! If our teachers get sick we will not have anyone to teach the children that are well and also the last thing we want is to have to shut our pool until we are all clear.
So please let us do our part while you do your part to keep everyone as healthy as possible.
Symptoms we ask you to stay home with -
* Diarrhea
*Stomach Cramps or pain
* Vomiting
*Fever
*Nausea
*Dehydration
Please call if you have any concerns or if your unwell and we will arrange make up classes when you're well.
