Congratulations to Luke DeCosta who successfully completed the Prize Fight for his Scholar's grade last night. Attaining the rank of Scholar requires a lot of time and dedication, so it is a significant milestone in a fencer's progression. Well Done!

FRCA would like to announce that Luke De Costa, having met all other requirements, will undertake his Prize Fight for the rank of Scholar on 27/5/26. As such, he will face his peers & fellow students in a repeated series of bouts, offering them choice of weapon, over the course of an hour while taking no rest. This having been done and having demonstrated good skill at arms, sportsmanship & mental fortitude he will be awarded the rank of Scholar within Fitzroy River College of Arms. Any fencers visiting Rockhampton during this time are welcome to attend.
