Phase 2 is a go!

Come 9am tomorrow morning, we will be saying goodbye to our blue access tokens, and hello to unlocking the gym door within the Momence App!

Please bring in your old access tokens for collection and make sure you are signed into your Momence App to ensure you can get into the gym!

24/7 Gym Access is provided on all base memberships: General, Concession and FIFO/Defence.
If you have an active membership, you will see Locks on the app, and be able to unlock the door. There’s also a Push to Exit button on the inside of the gym door - simply press this to exit!

Non-members: We have a Casual Gym/Recovery Cave Pass on Momence - you can buy this $20 pass which will give you gym access to unlock the gym for for the day of your pass. And also provides 1 credit to book a session on the Recovery Cave schedule for that day 🤌🏻

Wednesday Win - Jack Keenan

You might’ve seen Jacko around the gym over the last 6 months lifting some heavy sh*t around the joint (powerlifter tings) 😂

Now, after 2 years in the sport, Jackson has brought that experience and knowledge into the PUMPT team, jumping on board to help Braden coach the arvo Team Training sessions with the boys.

He’s already become a crucial part of the crew, bringing a new dynamic to the sessions with his powerlifting background, knowledge and, of course, the vibes🤝

Jack is also a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and is available for Personal Training at PUMPT, which you can book through the Momence app. He also offers remedial massage outside of the gym, so hit him up if you’re after some work done.

Celebrating someone pretty special today 💙

Crèche members!

This one is for you. Once you have reset your password and logged into your Momence account you will need to set up your child(ren) accounts so that we can link them to your Crèche membership.

Quick recap of the instructions in the video:
- reset your password
- login to your account (on a web browser eg safari or chrome)
- go to the menu at the top left
- click “children” > “my children”
- “add child account”
- “add a new child account”
- toggle on the auto generate child’s email
- add in your child’s name and DOB
- “Create”
- do the same steps again for each child if you have more than one
- let us know via DM or in the gym when your children have been added to your account so that we can link your crèche membership to the child
- in the app, web browser or via the Pumpt website, navigate to Classes.
- choose your crèche day/time
- Click “book now”
- choose your child in Account
- under Payment Method, Memberships should be auto selected for Crèche (once linked)
- sign the waiver for your first time booking
- Click Book Now
- repeat for each session required (sessions are 30min slots) and book for each child for each session. At the moment there is no way to multi-book multiple children or crèche sessions when paying via a crèche membership.

Drop in casual sessions for those without a crèche membership can be booked via Momence and payment can be taken via direct debit, credit card or Apple Pay
