Spot the problem .

It’s been a busy week with a trike being modified to a e-bike which should make it easier to pedal and a Giant Anthem getting rid of its double chain rings .

Must be MTB season soon . Just serviced a Giant Anthem. Tires needed topping up with sealant.
The chain and cassette got a thorough cleaning 🧼 .
Gears needed tuning .
Brake pads are still good.

Ready to race .

You don’t see many of these around .
A Time racer got some new wheel bearings after many years of faithful service.
I hate to say it BUT they don’t make them as good as this anymore.

Rebuilt a wheel with a new hub after the old one gave up the ghost .

The Special Green BMC machine is up and running again.
The wheels got improved with locking DTswiss ni***es as the red ni***es were breaking the heads off .
The chain , cassette and cranks got cleaned and lubed up .
The headset got some attention as well .
It should be ready to race .
The owner will be happy to get it back as he has had to use his old bike which doesn’t quite cut the mustard anymore.

A Trek Emonda got cleaned up with a new Ultegra brake caliper . Chain replaced . The cables were a mess so they got the chop .
New cables are never a bad idea on an old bike .
Bar tape finished it off .

Rebuilding a couple of special wheels tonight. Replaced the ni***es with a stronger type from DTswiss .
