"Meditation in Motion"
Tai means movement, Chi means energy. Tai Chi encourages Chi to flow through every part of your body. You learn to breath deeper and relax more, increasing your energy flow. Become more flexible, helping prevent and repair injuries. Balance your body and mind.

Beginners welcome for a free lesson and see how it feels.

‘or just see you there’

With the combination of particular movements and your awareness on your breathing, you can experience meditation in motion.
Tai Chi exercises gently stretch your whole body, relieving tension, which helps you to relax.
When we are relaxed our energy can flow through our body easier, energising and strengthening our body, mind and spirit.
One conscious breathe in and out, is a meditation.
Tai Chi has its challenges, so remember the Chinese saying:
“There is not much time left, so is very important that we slow down”
