Started the morning off with a walk to park for my boys exercise. Now it's time for me to go hit it

Here's the real reason we've been quiet here at AnchorFit PT for the past month. As of March we are going to be in Melbourne for 6 months due to my partners work. I've been debating my plans since Christmas and have decided to take AnchorFit with me to spread the love over east. We are super excited about this little journey and cannot wait to for you all to see what we get up to.

It's that simple. Once you start believing in yourself you will become unstoppable

Hello my AnchorFit Family. Sorry for my absence lately as we have taken way too much of an advantage of the holidays and been away having a blast visiting family in Queensland. I hope you all had a great time over the Christmas and New Years Holidays like us. We are heading home tomorrow to start back up at work on the 16th January. So get those bodies limber and minds ready to smash some of those new goals.
