🔥 NEW HALF & FULL DAY LEARN TO WING FOIL COURSE DATES🔥
LEARN TO FLY A HYDROFOIL & WIND WING HANDLING
The perfect fast track training program for beginners who are looking to get into the sport of Wing Foiling. The course covers the basics of Wing Foiling and at completion you should be able to keep progressing on your own. This class runs usually on Saturday or Sundays, from 9am to 4pm (full day) or from 9am-12pm for a half day.
Location: Woollahra Sailing Club or Long Reef (Norther Beaches)
COURSE STRUCTURE
Morning session
● Theory, technique & dynamics of Hydrofoils
● Muscle group engagement for Hydrofoiling
● Hydrofoil towing behind a boat
● 1h Lunch break
Afternoon session
● Theory, technique & dynamics of flying a wing
● Basic handling of a wind wing on the beach
● Wind wing handling, sailing directions
● Manoeuvres as jibe and tack
All wingfoil equipment, power boat and instructions are included. You only need to bring a wetsuit.
