Thanks for a great year of training with us . Always working hard with a smile on your face and choosing to do Burpees like a super star ⭐
I'm so lucky to be a part of so many motherhood journeys. It's such a special season ❤️
We work hard together gaining fitness and strength, we feel good training outside in the sunshine and reaching our goals, but most of all we connect and have a laugh then reward ourselves with coffee and repeat.. because us mums deserve it! ☕ 💪

Almost 5 years between these photos and going strong! Nicole has become fitter and stronger than ever - that's after kids! Yes it's possible! She's made exercise a regular part of her lifestyle and doesn't reach for the light weights anymore that's for sure!
Her girls see how strong their mumma is and love to join her/ compete with her. How good is that 💪

9 months postpartum check in with my 4th bub River.
To be honest I was worried how pregnancy and recovery would go this time around.. pregnancy, birth and recovery is no easy gig!
Pregnancy was harder by far this time around. I was tired all the time and had a lot more aches and round ligament pains. I trained through this pregnancy like my previous 3 but modified more exercises to help reduce aches and pains. I made sure I showed up consistently to stay strong both mentally and physically.
Postpartum I started back lightly with pelvic floor work, modified core exercises and walking. I saw a women's health physio (this is a must) she guided and advised me on what to work on as every pregnancy and birth is different. My body was recovering well so I increased over the weeks to body weight exercises and then added in weights. I didn't rush the process even though I came from a strong base.
Staying consistent with training was the key for me. Being a busy working mum with 4 kids means I could have used all of the excuses in the book. I made sure I showed up for me and felt good about it even though a nap would have been nice. The motivation wasn't always there but I just got it done even if it was a short workout it was a win for me.
Fast forward to now 9 months postpartum. I'm training a mix of strength and HIIT 4-5 days per week. I'm eating a well balanced diet most of the time..you gotta live a little and I do enjoy a glass of wine 🍷 . I'm loving my training, not always while I'm doing it but always afterwards 😂. I'm feeling fit, strong and healthy. I don't wake up motivated everyday but I'm staying consistent and just happy I get to train 🙌. I still have goals to reach but today I'm proud of this body, she's carried 4 babies and continues to keep me strong and fit for a life with so many kids 💪
If you're not sure where to start or need some motivation to get started I'm happy to help! Training with a friend or pre and post natal trainer is always a good start 🙌

So lucky to be surrounded by the best community of women!
Your strength and commitment is admirable. Many of you waking up all night for little ones. Between work, drop offs and the chaos you turn up with a smile and give it 100 percent. Not all pictured here but you know who you are!
This goes for all my PT legends and Boot Campers as well!
Keep it real you're killing it!
