I’ve been feeling run down lately and I always look to what I’m holding in the body.
How’s my stress? How’s my rest?
What have I taken on that’s not ‘mine’?
What would it take for me to release it?
Have I been giving myself enough ‘downtime’?
What’s my top priority of self care?
Are my actions coming from the right intention?
Where do I place my focus to embody how I want to feel rather than remaining stuck where I’m at?
Ahhh the joys of life, the ups and downs of emotions, and the glorious constant evolution of how we work with the totality of the body-mind.
Working with the nervous system is a sure way to shift and settle. Give the above practices a go and experience the direct shift. Move to heal from the inside out. ✌🏼❤️

Sometimes we’ve just got to get out of our own way and create a life that serves our highest self.
And yes… I’m talking to myself as much as I’m talking to you! It’s so easy to get bogged down, tuned out, over stimulated, flat strapped… but we can choose differently. We can choose wisely. There are so many crazy simple things to support a healthy mind-body connection.
The yogis had it down pat- find a practice, commit to a practice, make the practice serve you, serve something higher than yourself.
Are you constantly swirling with your thoughts? Exhausted, mentally, unable to focus on the lightness of life?
Stop, breathe, move, rest, smile. Enjoy the little things. Choose your thoughts wisely. Be here now in the present moment. ✌🏼+💚

Happy Mother’s Day!
Leaning into the divine feminine, embracing all that unites us as females, (children or no children) women have an innate quality to nurture, to nourish and to embrace the natural undulation of things. Feminine energy is effervescent and fluid, it ebbs and flows with where it needs to be, and it softens resistance with one swift hug. It is deeply powerful, intuitive and all knowing, it is rich in its tapestry and expressive and unique. It is the fuel to the flame, the energy for creation.
May all women sense this power within them and readily embrace it more and more, deeper and deeper each day.
Thank you to all the women in my life. Thank you especially to my sisters and mum, step mum and mother in law. Lucky to have you as amazing examples of ‘mother’. ❤️✨🎉

One of my favourite poses- toe sit. 🙋🏻♀️
It’s awesome at opening up the feet and ankles and increasing movement through the knee joints. It massages the meridian lines, creating a better flow of energy from head to toe. It balances the elements of earth, water, fire, air and ether that originate in the feet. It is a deep release through the connective tissues that get squashed snd squished and used each day in an active lifestyle. It’s very grounding as it’s low to the earth, reconnecting you to the denser and lower body parts, away from the flutters of the mind.
And it helps build resilience of the body-mind… try and sit here for two to three minutes focused on your breath… see where your mind takes you… can you remain calm with your breath, thoughts, and focus?
Pad up your knees if you need to, or sit on a folded blanket or cushion for extra support. Build up to a few minutes by remaining as calm as possible, lift your bum off the heels if it feels too much, take a few breaths, and then settle back in. Give it a go!
Pregnant Mumma’s- this is also a great prep pose for labour. 💪🏼😮💨

Third trimester vibes be like:
🦋Lapping up time with loved ones.
🦋Keeping my focus a little more inwards.
🦋Trusting in the unknown.
🦋Releasing control (or exploring that concept 😆).
🦋Being grateful for the little things.
🦋Full body appreciation and love for the magic of a little life within.
🦋Feeling all the feels. Welcoming all the love.

Mixed emotions at the moment. Feeling deeply moved by the current state of disaster- both natural and man made.
My heart reaches out to all those in need of more support, more safety, more healing. I’m sad for the pain we all carry, and I’m sorry for all the pain we create. The paradox of love is fear and fear fuels separation and judgement. Let’s stay in the love, hold each other with open arms, and stand up for what is true. Focus on what we can contribute, say, and share, when the world is tearing us apart. Lean into your own state of peace, steady yourself, ground where you can, and settle often… then spread that to those who need it.
Collective experience has the power to fuel separation as much as it does to create desire for deeper connections.
May we rise up from adversity and once and for all see each other as equals on this journey of life.

Body looks a little different these days 👶🏻💕 but the principles in awareness remain the same. Be mindful of what I think, be curious to what I need, surrender to what I can feel, and keep vibrations moving. When there’s flow through the body, stagnation can shift, pain can heal, and harmony can be felt. This is an intention for a Samvahan session.
Vibrations can move with intention, awareness, touch, movement, breath, meditation, and a lot of openness, trust and allowing.
Samvahan sessions now open throughout March before I head off to transition into mumma hood at , I’d love to share some healing, love and balance with you.

Can’t say I’m nailing the bump-hold pics 😂 … but am nailing life with my love . Holidays are a great reset. Not that you can’t have a reset in your everyday, but being in nature and exploring some new vibes is always inspiring. Grateful to get away.
