How amazing are our freshly painted internal bathrooms?!

Having an internal bathroom within our studio is so important for child safety. The students do not need to leave the studio and be outside in the elements or have any safety concerns with our lovely internal bathrooms.

Something that is often missed when looking for a new studio but is so important!

Thank you to all that come to our makeup and hair lesson in studio, and witnessing all my facial expressions 😂

Learning how to do a perfect bun is a staple for every ballerinas ( and parents) dance journey.

Here at Motif Dance Studios we don’t believe in much makeup for our tiniest dancers for the stage. So just a few touches of minimal makeup for our little ones and a few tips and tricks for our older dancers.

I hope everyone walked away with some more knowledge and feeling confident for our upcoming concert!

Thank you to our lovely models Emilie and Scarlett

Our senior jazz making shapes in jazz tonight.

Why train in jazz ? Jazz combines the precise technical foundation of classical ballet whilst providing freedom of individual expression, complex syncopated rhythms and high-energy movement of jazz. This mix of training in both styles offers dancers strength, rhythm, and stage confidence that create a more versatile dancer. Jazz thrives on personality, grounded energy, and rhythmic variation.

Come and try a jazz class and see what it brings out in you!
