Our tumble stations are all set and ready for another week of skill building! 🤸‍♀️

✨ Mini tramp + noodle bunny hops to help gymnasts learn weight transfer, build shoulder strength, and develop confidence for cartwheels.

✨Forward roll station focusing on body shapes, control, and smooth rolling technique.

✨Block station where gymnasts bunny hop into a straddle position, developing strength, coordination, and spatial awareness.

Every station has a purpose, helping our gymnasts build strong foundations while having fun! 💪🌟

Instructions are important—but movement is easier to understand when athletes can actually see it.

A demonstration helps athletes understand:
✔️ The body position
✔️ The timing
✔️ The movement
✔️ What success looks like
Every athlete learns differently.
