🏊 QUEENSLAND OPEN WATER CHAMPIONSHIPS 🏊

Congratulations to 8 of our Grace Swimmers who competed at Coolum Ski Park at the Queensland Open Water Championships. πŸ‘
What a fantastic display of resilience and attitude coming away with 5 new PB's and 2 new national QT's. Along with that, our swimmers came home with 2 State medals, 1 Bronze for Josh in the Boys 17yrs 5km and 1 Silver for Alia in the Girls 18yrs 5km. πŸ’ͺπŸ‘

Thomas competed in 6 individual events and had the experience of racing with the QLD relay team. From 6 heat swims, Thomas came away with 6 final swims and 2 medals. πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

From the 1.25km to 2.5km and 5km, our swimmers showed incredible grit and determination from start to finish πŸ’ͺ
