At Unity, we’re lucky to be surrounded by an incredible community. We train together, celebrate together, support each other through challenges, and sometimes… we share cupcakes together too. 🧁💜

Today is a reminder that checking in doesn’t need to be complicated. A simple “Are you okay?” can start a conversation that someone may have been waiting for.

So take a moment today to reach out to a friend, a teammate, a family member or a colleague. You never know how much it might mean.

For so many of us, Ricky is the reason we discovered just how beautiful, addictive and ridiculously fun Jiu Jitsu can be.

He’s taught us that all roads lead to the back, there’s always room for a flippy move, and apparently every joke has infinite value if there’s even one new person on the mat…or not 😂

We’re incredibly lucky to have his knowledge, passion and love for Jiu Jitsu at the heart of Unity.

It’s the focus that sharpens in the lead-up. The self-awareness to recognise where your game can improve. The teammates who turn up the intensity to help you prepare.

It’s reminding each other what really matters before stepping onto the mats - then returning to the gym on Monday with fresh perspective and intention.

A special shoutout to Adelaide & Dale, representing Unity for the first time, and to those who prepared but didn’t get a match this time.💪💜

So proud of this crew for continuing to show up - for Unity, for themselves and for each other. 💜

Saturday 19th September we’re opening our mats to the community for a HUGE morning at Unity! 💜🥋

Never tried BJJ before? Even better.

We’ve got classes for ages 2+, a Family Class, Show Match, Open Mat, Lucky Door Prizes, a special joining offer and plenty of opportunities to get on the mats and experience BJJ for yourself.

Members - bring your friends.
Locals - come meet us.
Complete beginners - this is the perfect day to start.
