Tomorrow is our 2nd annual charity powerlifting competition!
Every cent raised will be going to the Royal Children’s Hospital.

Our Charity Powerlifting competition is coming up in 3 weeks.
We are so excited to the response we have had and how many competitors have signed up.
We are really hoping to smash the $5,000 we raised for the Smith Family last year, with every cent going to the Royal Children's Hospital this year.
For the day to run smoothly we need some volunteers who could help load weights and spot the lifters. Any help and time donated would mean so much ❤️

Jason has been at FHF for a while now, he's super dedicated and seems to never miss a workout.
Most importantly Jason is a super nice guy who always has time to help out and ask how you are.
Next time you see him go up and say hi, he's definitely not the loudest guy in the gym but one of the nicest!

Laura and her partner Matt have been training at FHF for a very long time.
Even now while being pregnant she hasn't slowed down, although she can't do her favourite exercise the hip thrust!
