Your child can be flexible… but still lack mobility.
Flexibility is how far a muscle or joint can be moved, often with help from gravity, the floor, or another person.

Mobility is the ability to actively move through that range with strength and control.
A dancer might be able to lie on their back and have their leg pushed towards their head, but can they lift their leg to that same height on their own while maintaining correct alignment?

They might be able to sit comfortably in a split… but can they actively use that range in a leap or kick?

That's the difference ✨

In dance, we aren't just trying to create flexible bodies.
We want dancers who have…
strength, stability and control to actually use their flexibility.

More range isn't always the answer.
Sometimes, the next step isn't to stretch further
It’s to get stronger within the range they already have. 💪🏼
