From jumping over obstacles to practising new movements and celebrating with a high five, every activity gives our young students something new to explore. What looks like a simple game can actually be an opportunity to develop coordination, balance, body awareness and confidence — all while having fun!

And behind every activity, there's a coach encouraging them, guiding their movements and helping them feel proud of what they've achieved ⭐ Because sometimes, the biggest progress starts with the smallest victories.

Not sure which class is right for you or your child?

At Grappling Bros, our programs are structured by age so every student can learn, progress and be challenged in an environment that suits their stage of development. From our youngest Tiny Tots taking their first steps onto the mats, through to Kids, Teens and Adults, each class is designed to build skills, confidence, discipline and a genuine love for martial arts.

🥋 Tiny Tots: 4–6 years

🥋 Kids I: 7–10 years

🥋 Kids II: 11–15 years

🥋 Teens & Adults: 16+ years

No experience? No problem. Everyone has a place to start. Book your free trial class and find the right class for you or your child.

We asked a simple question: “Why did you come to train Jiu-Jitsu tonight?” 🥋

The answers was mental health, physical health, friendship, camaraderie, great coaching, spencer being back… and apparently, having nothing better to do. 😂 Different people walk through our doors for completely different reasons — and that’s part of what makes the mats such a great place to be.

WE’RE TURNING 5! 🎉🥋

Five years ago, Grappling Bros Rydalmere began a journey. Since then, these mats have seen first classes, first rolls, new belts, competitions, friendships, challenges, wins, tough days and thousands of hours of training. But the best thing we’ve built over those five years isn’t something you can hang on the wall. It’s the community around us. 💚💛

So this October, we’re celebrating the people who have been part of the journey and welcoming some new ones too. 👀 Throughout our anniversary month, expect special offers, free trials, surprises and plenty of reasons to step onto the mats with us. This is only the beginning.
