Still chasing where I used to be. Today felt so close!

Was going to choose music but hearing my crew cheer me on is something special!

Merry Christmas!!

Take a few restful days. Spend time with family and friends. Soak it all up. Love this festive season 🎄🎊😍

What a feeling! To get up and get your workout done, with an awesome crew!!

Yay for Christmas and having staff to pick up extra holiday shifts so I can play on the other side.

Yay for workout buddies 😍

The friends you make along the way!

Spending a weekend on the competition floor with women who cheer the loudest for each other is something special!

The Masters League brings people together in an extra way because we are all experiencing this life (and what comes with being in the 45-49 category brings) along side our fitness.

I'll be working hard to be fitter and stronger the next time I meet these champions on the competition floor!

Throw back to 2014 when I first tried CrossFit at CrossFit Crash because this legend, Linda, sent me a message saying "COME! Bring the kids! They'll be fine!"

She didn't know me but she knew what it was like having little kids and she gave me that bit of confidence to come and try. I haven't looked back!

A little Crash reunion with Linda and up at the Masters League Games!

Thanks and Aaron for the awesome Crash days ❤️

Not all challenges are physical.

If you know me, you know I'm up for a challenge. On 28th June, my challenge will be to sit in silence for 20 hours. To be honest, I'm anticipating lots of sleep 😴.

To take part, I'm raising funds for 20Talk who run workshops for mental health care. Such a great cause. I've experienced my own depression and have loved ones with their own mental health experiences so I would be very grateful for any and all support ❤️

Thankyou ❤️
