Chair Yoga takes traditional yoga poses and adapts them for the chair. There is no getting on the floor. Each week, I post a new chair yoga pose.

I take students through exercises such as sun salutations and downward dogs, all from a seated position.

Tightrope pose is a wonderful shoulder opener that gently releases tension across the chest, shoulders and upper back while improving posture, encouraging gentle neck movement, and creating more space for comfortable, relaxed breathing.
