Welcome to CrossFit St Marys. Free trials available at crossfitstmarys.au At CFS we are a team of athletes, all ages shapes and sizes.

We consider everyone that walks through our doors an athlete. Athletes by definition want to be Physically stronger and more active. And we consider everyone that walks through our doors a part of the team, from our 13-19 year olds training in our youth athletic development program right up to our oldest athletes.
