We're on the lookout for an Aquatic Programs Administration Officer to join the team at Aqua Energy.

This is more than an administration role. You'll be at the centre of our Swim School, School Swimming and Aquatic Programs, helping ensure participants, families, schools and instructors have a seamless experience from enrolment through to program delivery.

📋 Manage enrolments, bookings and class changes
💬 Provide exceptional customer service and program support
📈 Maintain accurate records, attendance data and reporting
📢 Assist with promoting aquatic programs and participation opportunities
🤝 Work closely with instructors, schools and the Aquatic Programs team
🌟 Help improve processes and contribute to the continued growth of our programs

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, customer-focused and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You'll have strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail and confidence using databases, booking systems and client management software. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver who can manage competing priorities, communicate effectively with a wide range of people and build positive relationships with participants, families, schools and colleagues alike.
