We’re excited to welcome Caleb Hill to Northern Districts Cricket Club.

A top order batter who’s also handy with the gloves, Caleb joins us from Port Adelaide after spending last season playing with the SACA Under 19s.

He’s hit the ground running since joining the group, fitting seamlessly into pre season and already becoming a great addition to what is an exciting young senior squad at the Jets.

We’re looking forward to seeing Caleb continue to develop and play his part at the club, with a big future ahead of him.

The Northern Districts online store has been updated with the latest range of playing and training apparel, with plenty of new options available for the season ahead.

With the season just around the corner, now is the time to make sure you have what you need to take the field in club colours. Orders need to be placed by Friday August 14th to ensure your gear arrives before the season starts.

Order through your relevant section to receive the latest playing shirts and explore the wide range of new club and training apparel now available. There’s plenty to check out as we get ready to see the club back on the field.

Club Pickup is available for those who prefer to collect from the club. Simply leave a note at checkout requesting Club Pickup and your order will be included with the club collection.

Pre season is fast approaching, so now's the perfect time to gear up in the latest NDCC training apparel.

Our latest training range is available now, including hoodies, beanies, training shirts, singlets and shorts.

New NDCC beanies are available to purchase at training for $35.

All other training gear can be ordered online through Helix Sports. If you'd prefer to collect your order from the club, simply leave a note at checkout requesting Club Pickup, and your order will be included in the club's first drop.

To ensure your gear is ready for pre season, place your order before July 31st to have it included in the first drop on September 1st.

A reminder that our Women’s and Girls Trials for the 2026/27 season are just around the corner.

Whether you’re a new player, returning to cricket, or looking for a fresh opportunity, we’d love to welcome you to our trials. Players of all ages and experience levels are encouraged to attend, with teams in Under 15s, Under 18s and Seniors.

At Northern Districts Cricket Club, we are continuing to build a strong Women’s program, with a young and promising group coming through and a clear focus on lifting standards each year.

There is a real drive to push this program back to where it belongs, and we are looking to add players who want to be part of that. The Jets have a proud history, and this group is working hard to build towards that level again.

If you are considering a change or simply want to explore new opportunities within women’s cricket, we are always open to a conversation. The club prides itself on a positive culture and an environment where players can develop and enjoy their cricket, while also being part of a program that is committed to supporting and backing its players both on and off the field.

The Northern Districts Cricket Club are proud to launch the Darcie Brown & Tegan McPharlin Junior Girls Cricket Academy for the 2026/27 season 🏏

Named in recognition of two of the club’s finest female cricketers, the academy celebrates the pathways possible through our club and the opportunities women’s cricket continues to create.

Darcie and Tegan both began their journeys at the Jets before progressing to higher honours, and we’re excited to help inspire the next generation of young girls to follow their own cricket journey.

Women’s cricket continues to grow stronger every year, and the Jets are proud to continue investing in female cricket across all levels of our club

The 2025/26 season comes to a close with our Junior Presentation, recognising the achievements and efforts of our young players across the club.

Congratulations to all award winners across our junior grades. It has been fantastic to see the development, commitment and enjoyment shown throughout the season, with so many players continuing to grow their game and contribute to their teams.

A sincere thank you to our junior coaches, who give their time, energy and knowledge each week to support and guide our players. Their impact goes far beyond the results and plays a vital role in building both skills and confidence.

To our parents and families, your support never goes unnoticed. Training sessions, match days and constant encouragement on the sidelines all make a difference. Your sons may not always say it, but we certainly will, thank you.

The future of the club is in great hands, and it is exciting to see the next group coming through.

As part of Friday night’s presentations, it was great to come together as a whole club to celebrate the achievements across our Womens program, highlighted by the Lisa Cotgrove Medal.

Awarded to the Womens Cricketer of the Year in our 2nd Grade side, the medal recognises consistency and impact across the season through runs and wickets. This year’s winner, Jessica Paley, put together an outstanding all round season, consistently contributing with both bat and ball and setting the standard across the group. Finishing on 469 points, she is a very deserving recipient of the award.

Runner up Mollie McArdle was also outstanding across the year, finishing with 391 points and playing a key role in the side’s success.

Congratulations to all of our Womens award winners across the grades and formats. The continued growth of the program, and the number of players contributing strongly, is a real positive for the club.

It is an exciting group that continues to build, with a clear focus on pushing the program forward and working towards a return to 1st Grade cricket.
