Finished Strength and conditioning with ._taylor yesterday. Could not be happier with the work we did together, but mainly just with the effort and consistency Alex displayed throughout the whole process. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work with an athlete that shows so much potential! Cannot wait to see Alex fight on the 25th of May at Dreamworld.

PT session with a friend from primary school.. was an absolute ball! The cross eyes were a throwback to our school photos in which i thought it was cool to cross my eyes in every class year shot. Michaela killed it!!

So upon inspection Tig is more than happy with this legends progress. has been absolutely smashing it! And it shows.
Her weekly program mixes lower body hypertrophy, with upper body endurance and a core circuit finisher.
Today we added a 12 min AMRAP (which Charm smashed!)
Charm combines this with runs, muay thai, and one day of HIIT training.
Love working with her as she always brings an amazing attitude and brightens your day!

Vanity flick alert! But honestly, feeling in the best shape of my life. I feel like it's the range of exercise types facilitated for by my legendary gym , the support i get from my fight team, and eating well. With my own PT's I love to bring a range of styles. Many are programs i then pass on to the client to do independently, so I can concentrate on being the chisel that refines their training to their personal goals.
