Yoga Offering monthly Beginners Aerial Yoga, mat Yoga and retreats on the first Sunday of each month in Samford.
Classes take place on a wooden Balinese style deck set in gorgeous lush tropical surrounds. Restful and guided Meditation and Pranayama (breath work) is a big part of our approach. It's a powerful and life changing practice that anyone and everyone can manage. One on one sessions in Yoga Therapy also available.
