🚨 Mixed Social Netty Postponed 🚨

We’ve made the call to postpone tonight’s games due to wet courts and more rain forecast 🌧️

Of course, by calling it this early we fully expect the clouds to disappear, the sun to come out, and for Samford to produce a picture-perfect evening approximately 12 minutes from now ☀️🙃

Thanks for your understanding while we continue our ongoing battle against the weather this season 😅

🚨 Social Netty Update 🚨

Well… it’s happened again 😅🌧️

After checking the courts and keeping an eye on the forecast, we’re postponing tonight’s Mixed Social Netty. At this point we’re starting to think someone offended the weather gods.

The courts are too wet to safely play on, and with more rain predicted, tonight’s matches are swapping centre passes for couch passes instead 🛋️

Thanks for rolling with the constant weather chaos - we promise we’d much rather be on court than making cancellation posts every second week!

Our Junior Dragons program is all about building strong netball foundations 🐉🏐

Players will develop key attacking and defensive skills, learn specialist strategies, and finish each session with gameplay to put it all into action.

A fun and supportive way to grow confidence and improve on the court!

Round 3 of Platinum Joinery Interiors Mixed Social Netty is done and dusted ✔️

The wind was strong, the passes were adventurous, and the goals were dropping - sort of 🌬️🏐😅

Despite the conditions, there were plenty of laughs, great plays and impressive “absolutely meant to do that” saves across the courts. Thanks to everyone who came out and embraced the chaos!

🚨 Mixed Social Netty News 🚨

Tonight’s social netty has been officially called off… thanks to our lovely combination of soggy courts and some very convincing “more rain coming” forecasts 🌧️

Could we have waited it out? Sure.
Would the courts magically dry in time? Highly unlikely.
Will it now be a perfect, rain-free evening? Absolutely guaranteed 🙃

See you all next week, hopefully under clear skies and on slightly less aquatic courts 💦🏐
