The RYCT Dragon Pennant event 2 for the 2026-27 sailing season got underway today on the Derwent, competitors were greeted with a classic down breeze in the morning swinging to a sea breeze in the afternoon. 5 races were completed on day 1 with 3 races left to sail tomorrow. Sunday did not quite go to plan with a very light northerly breeze disappearing by midday, with only 2 more races completed. Big thank you to all our wonderful volunteers that make these events possible. Next Dragon Pennant event is scheduled for the 24-25 Oct. Full results on the website ryct.org.au.

Kids don’t need to have any sailing experience or Club membership to participate. It's sure to be a great time on the water for all!
