Sunday RYCT OTB Banjo's winter series starts, 10am first warning. Sailing Instructions are on the website.

- Races held every second Sunday | 10am start

Tas ILCA with the assistance of the Aus Sailing and a grant from the Sail Our Way program have put together an afternoon for female sailors around injury prevention, body conditioning, strenth building, and boat maintenance.
Kellie Wilkie, Bodysystem Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist talking about energy needs and communication about female specific needs.
Taylor Wilczyski, Bodysystem Exercise Physiologist and Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coach run a practical session on Injury Prevention and Performance Optimisation for sailors.
The afternoon will finish up with boat maintenance skills, pathway talk and a Q&A session.
