Working with a client this week, her soul directed me to a ‘fun and laughter’ procedure
[I had forgotten this was in my tool kit 🙃]

This woman has been doing THE WORK
over many years 💪

As a mother who has dedicated her life to her children, her soul was calling for some respite and self-forgiveness for any perceived imperfections within her family.

The session helped to shift the frequency of self-blame (manifesting in hormonal imbalance and joint inflammation)

to one of deep care and self-love 🥰

Opening the door to much

…a mother’s complete overwhelm shifted to “𝓯𝓮𝓮𝓵𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓯𝓪𝓷𝓽𝓪𝓼𝓽𝓲𝓬” (her words the following day) after her first session.

When a mother holds 𝖋𝖊𝖆𝖗, 𝖙𝖊𝖓𝖘𝖎𝖔𝖓 𝖔𝖗 𝖆𝖓𝖝𝖎𝖊𝖙𝖞, baby attunes to that state 🤰

And co-regulation doesn’t stop in infancy 🐣

I know 𝓲𝓽’𝓼 𝓷𝓸𝓽 𝓳𝓾𝓼𝓽 𝓶𝓮 because my 3yr old sometimes says the same… “𝒸𝒶𝓃 𝐼 𝑔𝑜 𝒷𝒶𝒸𝓀 𝒾𝓃 𝓎𝑜𝓊𝓇 𝒷𝑒𝓁𝓁𝓎 𝑀𝓊𝓂𝓂𝒶?” 🐣

While held in our mother’s ⓦⓞⓜⓑ, we were ⓢⓐⓕⓔ    ⓒⓐⓛⓜ    ⓢⓔⓒⓤⓡⓔ  ⓟⓡⓞⓣⓔⓒⓣⓔⓓ   ⓝⓞⓤⓡⓘⓢⓗⓔⓓ     🥰 ⓓⓔⓔⓟⓛⓨ ⓛⓞⓥⓔⓓ

We hope this is the case for all of us, but for most of us such idyllic conditions were not present 100% of the time 🎢

We are born with a body and brain heavily influenced by the conditions ᨵׁׅυׁׅtׁׅ꯱ׁׅ֒ꪱׁׅժׁׅ݊ꫀׁׅܻ the ⓦⓞⓜⓑ

Our mother’s emotional and physical experience during her pregnancy impact development of the baby🤰

And as we know, so many things can ₜₕᵣₒw ᵤₛ ₒff cₑₙₜᵣₑ emotionally.. 😢 😡

Let alone physically..

-> getting the right nutrition & movement while avoiding exposure to toxins (which are everywhere these days 🤢)

It saddens me deeply to have both the privilege and distaste in reading specialist medical reports

Identifying someone with cancer
or boxing a 9 year old’s symptoms into this condition or that disease,
along with the “gold standard” for treatment of said symptoms 💊 🏥

-> A top down approach that rarely identifies nor addresses the root cause.

having interrupted both the development and the switching off of a specific 𝙋𝙍 - the 𝙎𝙮𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙏𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙘 𝙉𝙚𝙘𝙠 𝙍𝙚𝙛𝙡𝙚𝙭.

🦶 🙇‍♀️ A young girl’s 𝙰𝙳𝙷𝙳 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚝𝚒𝚙𝚙𝚢-𝚝𝚘𝚎 𝚠𝚊𝚕𝚔𝚒𝚗𝚐 linked back to the same 𝙋𝙍, but with different emotions and age.

🤚 My own 𝙋𝙖𝙡𝙢𝙖𝙧 𝙍𝙚𝙛𝙡𝙚𝙭 still subtly active through my right hand, affecting my 𝚍𝚎𝚡𝚝𝚎𝚛𝚒𝚝𝚢 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚊𝚋𝚒𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚢 𝚝𝚘 𝚌𝚘𝚘𝚛𝚍𝚒𝚗𝚊𝚝𝚎 with this hand

-> ᴍᴜꜱᴄʟᴇ ᴍᴏɴɪᴛᴏʀɪɴɢ during the kinesiology sessions this week revealed:
⭐️ the affected 𝙋𝙍
⭐️ the emotion(s) which caused the interruption
⭐️ the age of impact
⭐️ which energetic correction would be most supportive to help process and release the emotions, and correct the 𝙋𝙍

🧠 Brain integration and balancing of brain areas involved in both the
development of the 𝙋𝙍, and
the consequent conscious coordinated movements, that make the reflex redundant,
is a significant part of working to correct the 𝙋𝙍.

Physical pain is not a problem

⚖️ It’s simply a manifestation highlighting that something is out of alignment in our life

💣 A problem IS the catastrophic outcome our minds make about pain

After several clients had wrist, hip or back pain surface during sessions this week, it reminded me how far I’ve come in my own long journey with pain.

🐝 And just how powerful the practice of being WITH the pain can be

🦋 Watching it change, move, dissolve

🕸️ Noticing how the intensity of pain correlates to tension in the body and mind

Making the somatic link to how the body responds when painful emotions surface, and a highly charged mental state

🤯 Decatastrophising the mind

⚡️ Through balancing the energy body

Allows the physical body to soften, and the pain to ease 🪶

Your pain does not define you

Rather your willingness to wrap your pain in loving awareness defines your ability to evolve through it 🥰

I share a pic from my story of 𝔻𝕖 ℚ𝕦𝕖𝕣𝕧𝕚𝕟𝕤 ₐₖₐ ₘₒₜₕₑᵣₛ ₜₕᵤₘb affecting my ability to lift my baby when she was less than 1 yr old 😭

Commonly treated with Surgery to sever the inflamed tendons was NOT an option for me, requiring months off mum-ing🤦🏻‍♀️

(Side note: I’d had zero issues with my wrists prior and was hand standing up until the day I gave birth ⬆️ )

So I turned to Kinesiology, which revealed the underlying emotional cause (linked to the value I placed on my new role as a mother) and balanced my energy body 🧘‍♀️

Within 3 sessions, I was out of wrist guards and back to hand standing 🙃

Our bodies are INCREDIBLE 🤩

Very little is fixed. Most everything is changeable 🐛 🦋

IRRITABLE TODDLER αƙα tantrums

…Big feelings are there to be felt, and as parents our job is to hold space while our littlies express them.

But what about when these feelings always come out in a particular scenario (e.g. transitions, things not going their way, English as a second language, meal times, brushing teeth, showering, putting on clothes, at the shops, etc.)?

The trigger may or may not be clear

Without words, babies & toddlers find it tricky to communicate the reasons why certain places, people, times of day or activities make them uncomfortable.

What if there were a way to support them in their discomfort, and help them to communicate with us?

We’ve been doing this in clinic this week.

Once receiving a child’s energetic permission,
…ᴇɴᴇʀɢᴇᴛɪᴄ ꜱᴜʀʀᴏɢᴀᴛᴇ ᴋɪɴᴇꜱɪᴏʟᴏɢʏ
opens the field of communication.

By performing muscle testing on a parent, a session can reveal the structural, biochemical, emotional, or energetic imbalances affecting the child.

Parents are finding incredible relief and support in knowing they can help their child regulate and remove stress from their little system, while they are too young and therefore unable to participate in a session directly.

Disharmony in the home with our kids can be overwhelming. Your kids are not broken, and neither are you.

Absolutely loving the opportunity to support little ones and provide some useful insight and hope for parents in no longer feeling they’re in the dark regarding their child’s symptoms and irritability 💫

POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION αƙα ႦαႦყ Ⴆʅυҽʂ

𝕋𝕙𝕚𝕤 𝕨𝕖𝕖𝕜 𝕚𝕟 𝕔𝕝𝕚𝕟𝕚𝕔….

A good friend experiencing cramps during ovulation came to me for kinesiology to help with her cycle / the pain.

Interestingly, what her body indicated she needed support with was postnatal depression (PND).

As a mindful conscious Mum, who dedicates time to her own self-care, she is the last person I would have thought affected by this, but the body always keeps the score and told the story during the session.

In addition to the physical pain, the emotions and fears associated with the PND were revealed and balanced during the session.

In short, my friend now says the fear around her [Nervous system] capacity to have another baby has gone away, and during ovulation she no longer has pain.

In conventional medicine, a postpartum depression is thought to be caused by the hormonal changes that occur after giving birth.

If this were true, every woman in childbed would suffer from depression, which is certainly not the case.

Based on German New Medicine, a postpartum depression (primary depression) only occurs when the pregnant woman experienced a male territorial conflict during gestation or during delivery.

Such conflicts include territorial loss conflicts (loss of her home, loss of the father of her child, loss of a family member or close friend), territorial anger conflicts (anger at home or at work, arguments with the partner or spouse, a difficult pregnancy, uncomfortable pregnancy examinations), or territorial fear conflicts (fears of a miscarriage, fears about the healthy development of the baby).

A labour / delivery experienced in the patriarchal medical system in this country is a likely scenario for such a conflict to occur.

Recently, my mum reminded me about how I took the day off school, and encouraged my friends to do the same, when they came to inject all the young girls with this new .

What did I know about health & vaccines? Nothing.

But thank God I listened to my body’s visceral objection.

What I later discovered through German new medicine, made perfect sense to me, in that this HPV vaccine is completely nonsensical 🤯

GNM has mapped the psychical conflict -> brain area affected -> biological response for nearly all disease & conditions affecting humans 💫

What it says about cervical cancer and this vaccine? ⬇️

🤓The medical industry claims that cervical cancer is caused by the so-called Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), allegedly transmitted through sexual contact. In 2006, the FDA approved the vaccine Gardasil to supposedly “protect” teen girls against “cervical cancer”. The vaccine is also imposed on boys at the ages of 9 to 12 to “prevent the spread of the HPV infection”.

“The cervical cancer risk in the U.S. is already extremely low, and vaccinations are unlikely to have any effect upon the rate of cervical cancer in the United States. In fact, 70% of all HPV infections resolve themselves without treatment in a year, and the number rises to well over 90% in two years” (Diane Harper).

Dr. Diane Harper was a leading expert responsible for the Phase II and Phase III safety and effectiveness studies which secured the approval of the human papilloma virus (HPV) vaccines, Gardasil™ and Cervarix™. She is now the latest in a long string of experts who are pressing the red alert button on the devastating consequences and irrelevancy of these vaccines. Dr. Harper made her surprising confession at the 4th International Conference on Vaccination which took place in Reston, Virginia, in 2015.
