🔵🔴🔵🔴 Qld O/W champs / TLC Transition Meet 🔵🔴🔵🔴

Great weekend of racing from our superstars across the south east

Xander competed in the Qld Open Water championships in Coolum where he smashed his first ever 5km and finished in 4th in a national qualifying time 😤👊

Max, Chloe and Alyssa then hit the pool at the TLC Transition Meet where it was Max and Alyssa's first ever meet, great racing skills were on display and the nerves quickly faded when they hit the water and got down to business 💪👀

Chloe also smashed her PBs showing that her hard training is paying off nicely. The team came home with 3 🥇 and 3 🥈.

Well done team 🎉

🔴🔵🔴🔵 September Swims 🔵🔴🔵🔴

Time flies when the good times are rolling, where has this month gone. Our swimmers have tackled Brisbane Open water championships, Nudgee LC Transition Meet and the Lawnton LC Prep Meet.

Brisbane O/W champs - Congratulations to our first time open water swimmers Alyssa and Hudson, lots learned throughout the day and smiles all round

Nudgee Transition Meet - Special mention to these swimmers smashing some PBs and quality racing without Coach Cam on the day. Matilda, Chloe, Suly, Xander and Ray between them achieved 9 PBs 👏👏

Lawnton Prep Meet - Great swims today from everyone. Bree, MK and Isaac kicked off the JNR session with 11 PBs from 12 races and 1 🥈 and 2 🥉. Then the senior session kicked off with Ray, Xander, Amber, Hudson and Archer smashing 13 PBs from 17 races and 3 🥇 4 🥈 4🥉

Congratulations team on an outstanding effort throughout the month 🏊👏🏊👏

🔴🔵🔴🔵 Qld Short Course Day 4 🔵🔴🔵🔴

The final day of racing saw Xander and Amber jump into the pool. Amber had a great race in her 50m Back only slightly off her PB after a bout of illness, you should be proud of your effort.

Xander smashed out a 400 free where he dropped 10 seconds and earned his second bronze medal🥉 of the meet, huge congratulations 🎉. Then slashed 3.5 seconds of his 200IM time to finish off a very successful meet.

A great way to finish off the Short Course season as we look forward to the Long Course Season as the weather warms up 💪🏊

Today we had Xander hit the pool in the 100 and 200 Freestyle where he smashed 2 x PBs 👀 and a top 10 result in the 200m Free 👏 Congratulations Xander 🏊

Congratulations to Suly for smashing a new PB in her 50fly today☑️

This is her first state individual race and rose to the occasion and delivered her best 👊

Massive congratulations to Xander tonight who crushed his 800m Freestyle with a 10 sec PB which saw him earn a Bronze medal.🥉

🔴🔵🔴🔵 Brisbane Junior Short Course Champs 🔵🔴🔵🔴

What a fantastic weekend of racing from our junior stars, 11 PBs from 15 races and a top 5 finish from Xander in the 200m Freestyle.

Special mention goes to Tilly who was about to race 50m Backstroke when the fire alarm went off and evacuation was ordered, still putting up a great result despite the unexpected delay.

Congratulations to our super swimmers who braved some windy conditions today. Some great racing and race skills on display across the day which makes a happy coach.

Congratulations to our swimmers who competed over the weekend at the Brisbane Senior Short Course Championships

Lots of PB's and great racing skills were also on display.

Special mention to Suly and Amber who both earned Qualifying times for the Qld Short Course Champs coming up next month.

We look forward to seeing our swimming legends all back to training this week as Term 3 begins

What a day in the pool! 🏊‍♂️🔥

Proud of these swimmers for stepping up, racing with confidence, and achieving so many personal bests. The hard work, commitment, and positive attitude shown at training are paying off, and it's fantastic to see everyone challenging themselves and improving.

Remember, every PB is a sign of progress and proof that consistency matters. Keep believing in yourselves, keep supporting each other, and keep chasing those goals.

The journey continues, but today we celebrate the effort, the courage, and the results. Well done team! 💙❤️💪
