Another year done and dusted! 🏃
So stoked to take home r/u Best & Fairest last night.

Playing my third year of footy at this ripe old age was the best decision I ever made.
I couldn’t ask for a better group of girls to play footy with and thanks to Dougie and Walks for all the time and effort you put in. 🙏🏻

Surely got another season in me 😏

It’s been a while. No time for training, more time for hens parties, weddings, 30ths (not mine)
Fun times 💃🏼

I've recently taken on extra work in a completely different field, so I find myself waking up before my kids to focus on my Online. 🥱
Balancing being a Mum, managing a household, creating new BootyBurn classes, trying to maintain a social life, and staying fit can be overwhelming.
My time management skills are through the roof right now. 😂
However, I thrive on being busy and while it can be challenging at times, I read messages like this and it motivates me to keep going.

I am a one-man team when it comes to my online training. I manage everything from filming and editing to managing the back end of my website and marketing & even though at times I feel like I can’t get on top of life (most days 🤪) I pour myself a wine and keep going. 🤣
Seriously, what did I do with my time in my 20’s?
