📣 BOARD NOMINATIONS & YOUTH COMMITTEE

The Seacliff Community Recreation Association Inc. is calling for nominations for Board positions ahead of our Annual General Meeting on Friday 27th November 2026.

We welcome nominations for:

🔹 President
🔹 Secretary
🔹 Publicity Officer
🔹 Facility Manager
🔹 Public Officer
🔹 Member Group Representatives:
• Calisthenics
• Judo
• Ju-Jitsu
• Gymnastics
• KinderGym
• Aerobic Gymnastics

📝 Nominations must be received by the Secretary by Friday 23rd October 2026 - [email protected]

We are also calling for Expressions of Interest for a Youth Committee.

🌟 If you are a young person who would like to have a voice, share ideas and help shape activities for young people across our Association, we would love to hear from you!

We are a child safe centre.

Our centre will :

☑️ Promote our codes of conduct to encourage a positive environment
☑️ Identify risks to members (especially child members) and implement change to minimise these
☑️ Value the involvement and contribution of all our members
☑️ Listen to and support anyone who has an issue or concern
☑️ Take reasonable steps where necessary to ensure our staff, coaches, volunteers are suitable to work with children
☑️ Keep everyone informed and alert to their child safety obligations
☑️ Ensure policies and procedures are accessible to support a positive culture
