🏐 SAUCNA RESULTS

For the first time in Marion Hub history, we have FIVE senior teams competing in SAUCNA! 🥳 A huge milestone for our club and something we’re incredibly proud of 💚💙

Unfortunately, it’s been a challenging start to the season, with more injuries than we can count across our senior teams but despite the setbacks, our girls continue to show up, take the court and give it everything they’ve got.

From our returning players to those joining us for the first time, it’s exciting to see our senior competition continue to grow!

Here’s hoping for some speedy recoveries, fewer injuries and plenty more wins as the season progresses!

💙💚💛 CANA CARNIVAL 💛💚💙

Our first ever CANA Carnival, and what a way to kick things off!

A group of our girls took on the challenge of the 5-day carnival and battled their way through the week, The girls finished 2nd overall!

Unfortunately, the weekend came with more than its fair share of injuries, leaving us with limited players available for the Grand Final. We did try to organise fill-ins so we could take the court, but unfortunately this wasn’t approved. As a result, we had no choice but to forfeit the Grand Final.

We sincerely apologise to SMAA, as it wasn’t fair on them. They had a fantastic carnival and absolutely deserved the Grand Final win. Congratulations to them on a well-earned victory! 👏🏼

Our girls had already put their bodies on the line all week and gave absolutely everything they had out on court. Despite the challenges, they continued to support one another, have a laugh and make the most of the experience together and they certainly did that! ❤️

For our first time taking on CANA, we couldn’t be prouder of this group.
