I’m on a mission to support 3 teen athletes to release the grip of pressure and find more joy in their sport again.
This is for your child if they want to:
→ compete with more joy and less pressure
→ trust yourself when it matters
→ feel more confident trying, learning and making mistakes
→ have tools to handle nerves, pressure + mental blocks
→ get back to enjoying your sport, not just chasing the result
If this sounds like something of interest, reply PRESSURE and I’ll send you the info!
Georgie - Athlete & Youth Mentor
I help teenage girls navigate pressure, work through perfectionism and feel confidence in themselves by creating safe, empowering spaces for them to thrive.
Empowering youth to feel empowered and confident on the path to reaching their full potential
This one has been hot on my heart for a little while and it’s been something that has taken a lot of intention to break down for me.
In this fast paced world it’s so easy to feel impatient. We can gain so many things at the touch of a button…

We get our needs of connection, significance, consistency all met so quickly from an online world.
How amazing is sport to remind us of simple principles like working hard, the importance of consistency, failing and patience.

At the end of the day every athlete is a human being! Let’s not forget that.
Let’s be honest we love to win, but it’s not everything at the end of the day.
I firmly believe Sport is one of the biggest teachers for young people. Teaching is how to navigate setback, how to work together and communicate, how to manage our emotions when we win and lose, how we train and how we compete.
So much of my life learning came from sport, and not nearly any of those life skills were through winning.
So some food for thought here 💭
Sometimes helping a young person recognise that on the other side of courage is greater confidence. So long as we are doing it in a safe way and reflecting on the process.
Keep showing up, keep doing the hard things, keep trying! If it’s something you want you will eventually get there!
Competition day isn’t the day to become a better athlete, nor is it the day to fix everything, Overthink everything, Or suddenly become the version of yourself you think you need to be.
You’ve already done the work, training, repetitions, managed the mistakes, powered through early mornings.
You showed up on the days you didn’t feel like showing up, Now the work is to trust it.
Trust your preparation.
Trust your body.
Trust your skills.
Trust yourself.
You don’t need to prove you’re good enough. You just need to let yourself perform like the athlete you’ve already become!

At training we often don’t have time to break down the nuances of when and where a skill is breaking down. But in 6 weeks of tailored 1:1 sessions athletes have the support and safety to understand what has happened and how we can rebuild the skill again.
Helping an artistic athlete regain a skill they have been able to do after a period of time away, an injury, a bad fall or just a heck of a lot of pressure is such a rewarding feeling.

The depth and importance of the workshops and 1:1 spaces I create is to support athletes to recognise challenge is part of the journey and teaching them how to navigate it when it arises is fundamental.
With every opportunity I get to connect with athletes in these workshops they are learning strategies to manage all of these!
I have spaces available for holiday programs in September - reach out and get your club signed up now!

Creating a space to help them see where they are at and look at it from a new perspective.
The ripples just a handful of 1:1 sessions has is profound. And the girls tell me a few years later just how powerful the sessions were.
