We also have HIIT sessions, similar to the traditional “circuit” or F45 style workouts, where we combine strength, cardio, boxing & core to give you a full body workout that pushes you to YOUR limits, without the need to keep up with anyone else. Suitable for ALL fitness levels, as sessions are small, customised to you, & run by a trainer with over 22 years experience in the fitness industry! Our sessions aim to get the very best from you, meaning lasting results! And at less than $30 a week for unlimited sessions, you really can’t go wrong.
