☀️ SCHOOL HOLIDAY BREAK ☀️
Just confirming my plans for the upcoming school holidays:

✅ Week commencing 28th September — BUSINESS AS USUAL
All PT, groups and programs running as normal.

❌ Week commencing 5th October — CLOSED
I’ll be taking the second week of the school holidays off to spend some time with the family. The gym and all PT, group fitness and programs will be closed for the week.

We’re officially 5 sessions down with 5 to go, and we’re back under lights tonight at Old Noarlunga Oval! 🙌
If you’ve been thinking about joining us but figured you’d missed too much — you haven’t! The sessions are designed so you can jump in at any stage without feeling like you’re behind.
For anyone keen to make the most of the final five weeks, you can now jump on board for half the block and finish the term with us. 🏃‍♀️💨

Week 3 is here already! If you've been sitting on the fence, this is your sign to come out and join us. It's never too late to start—we'll help you settle in and work everything else out from there.

If you raced yesterday and the legs are feeling a little tender, don't stress. We've got a modified session ready to go, so there's something for everyone.

If you missed Week 1, don't stress. It's definitely not too late to jump in. Just come along, have a run, and we'll take care of the rest.

A big thank you to everyone who made it out on Monday night. A solid first session, plenty of kilometres, a great pace, and an awesome atmosphere.
If you couldn't make the first night, don't stress—there's still plenty of time to jump in. We'd love to see a few more familiar faces out there next week.

I'm not much of a rhymer,
But check out our brand new timer! ⏱️😄

We've also got a whiteboard ready to go, making it easier for everyone to follow the session. The timer gives us one clear reference point for each interval, especially handy for anyone without a GPS watch.
