Scoops is now focused on Group Training Woman and Heath Retreats.

We focus on inclusion, community and of course moving our bodies 💪🏼🤍

We don’t train to the point of exhaustion or push ourselves until we can’t move 🙅🏼‍♀️
We train to feel strong, healthy and happy 🌿✨
We want our bodies to support us for years to come, not break down from injury ☺️

We train for our mental health too 🧠💖 we love that dopamine boost that comes with a good workout 😝⚡️

We’re not obsessed with being skinny, having big muscles or what we wear to the gym.
We’re just proud that we showed up and moved our bodies 🙌🏼💯

We’re simply a group of women who share the same goal 💫 becoming a better version of ourselves 🤍

This week I have had x 2 70 year old ladies start group training!!!! How AMAZING is that?

It’s never too late to start moving your body and gaining the benefits 🙌🏽

I remember years ago when I was in my early 20’s I used to run a class called ‘OLDIES’ 😂 - funny bit was you had to be over 50 to be able to join in! I could not imagine myself joining in on an OLDIES class in just 2 years!!!

Times have definitely changed and society (or is it just me not thinking I’m old 🤷🏼‍♀️) does not perceive 50 as old. We are more active and are more educated about the benefits of exercise which are 👇🏽

❤️ Long-term health

🔥 Daily life

If you’ve been thinking about getting back into a routine, this is your sign ✨

My sessions are small and personal, with an incredible group of women of all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities (from 19 right through to 70!). We’re an inclusive, supportive, no-judgement crew who show up for ourselves and each other. Strong, kind, and a little bit kick-ass 💪💖

Weekly Sessions:
🕕 Monday: 6.15am
🕘 Tuesday: 9am & 4.15pm
🕕 Wednesday: 6.15am
🕘 Thursday: 9am & 4.15pm
🕕 Friday: 6.15am & 9am
🕘 Saturday: 9am (possibly earlier during summer ☀️)

All fitness levels and limitations are welcome 🤗

⭐️ Yet another awesome retreat over! ⭐️

☺️ This time Jess arranged friends of friends to come together for the weekend and experience relaxation in many forms.

💆 The ladies got massages, reflexology, reiki and facials. They worked out, did pilates, did a sound healing and finished off the weekend with a yin yoga session.

☀️ In between activities they laid in the sun, curled up on the couch, completed a puzzle, drank countless cups of tea/coffee and slept.

🍓 We filled their bellies with beautiful health homemade food.

🤩 When I asked the ladies what was the best part of the weekend- the majority responded with the connection they had with the other ladies (that they just met)
