Tue/Wed & Friday morning Classes 9.30 am at Baringa Ave, Seaforth
Monday evening 6.30pm and Saturday morning 9.00am
Seaforth Public School, Kempbridge Avenue Seaforth

Jazzercise is 60min work out, using a mix of Dance & Aeorbics moves, cardio and strength. With the ability to burn up to 600 calories in 1 hour long class - you want to try us out!

Heavy on the muscle and functional movement. We were all sweat and smiles by 9:30am.
