Hello, 143 parkrunners enjoyed this sunny, warm spring morning at the Spit.

We had five first time parkrunners, 29 visitors and 20 PBs set.

We are on the lookout for a willing volunteer to look after Robyn’s Hill this Saturday (22nd). An opportunity to stand at the top of the hill rather than run it and give out a load of support and cheers!

15 August 2026 - Another great day at Mosman today 👍. Despite a light rain shower right on the 7am start time it cleared quickly and no-one got wet 😊. We had a nice small group of 84 friendly runners and walkers.
And a big thank you to all our volunteers who, as always, make parkrun happen every Saturday morning 👏👏👏

Thank you to everyone who joined us @ Mosman parkrun this morning. It was great to see so many first timers and visitors from out of town, including Melbourne, Ballarat and Dapto. Also, congrats to Mark for his 25th volunteering milestone.

Good luck to everyone running the City2Surf tomorrow. Hopefully it will be another lovely Sydney day.
