Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day

The things we don't always see.

The alarm clocks. The early starts. The kilometres driven. The training sessions watched.

The equipment carried. The snags cooked post-patrol shift. The last person to leave the club.

The encouragement shared. The example set. The quiet chat on the way home from the pool.

The dads who always seem to be there when they're needed most.

Happy Father's Day to all the dads and father figures who volunteer with all their heart, enriching lives and helping us all stay safer around water.
