📣 Kids Classes are officially back for the Spring school holidays!

As always, our Kids Sessions will be led by a team of experienced F45 coaches and are suitable for children with any level of fitness experience.

Our aim is to make fitness enjoyable and accessible to teens and tweens, providing them with an introduction to functional training and the gym environment in a fun and engaging way!

🗓️ Dates –
- Tues 29/9, Weds 30/9, Fri 2/10
- Tues 6/10, Weds 7/10 and Fri 9/10

⏰ Time – 10:30am – 11:30am

🏋🏽‍♀️ For kids aged 10-15 years

💲Price – To provide flexibility we have three pricing options available –
⭐ Full two-week programme – 6 sessions - $75
⭐ One week programme – 3 sessions – can be either the first or second week - $40
⭐ Individual sessions - $15 each
