🌑 CONCERT THROWBACK | SLEEPWALKERS 🌑

Taking us into something darker, stronger and undeniably powerful… our Senior Contemporary dancers brought Sleepwalkers to life on stage at our 2025 concert. 🖤✨

With intense movement, raw emotion and moments of incredible strength, this piece explored the feeling of moving through a world somewhere between reality and a dream — creating a sense of uncertainty, unease and anticipation. Every movement told a story, creating a performance that was captivating from beginning to end. 🔥

A powerful reminder of the artistry, maturity and passion our senior dancers bring to the stage. 👏🖤

What do you remember most about Sleepwalkers? 💭👇

📸🩰 EXAM DAY FUN! ✨

What better way to celebrate completing your ballet exam than with a little photo-shoot fun! 💕🎉

Our post-exam photoshoots have become a studio favourite, and we absolutely love seeing our dancers let their personalities shine. From hilarious poses to creative ideas and the most unexpected prop choices, there’s always plenty of laughter! 😂🎀✨

After all the hard work, dedication and focus that goes into preparing for a ballet exam, these moments are the perfect way to celebrate, relax and make memories together. ❤️

We think these photos say it all… exam complete, fun mode ON! 🎉🩰

✨🧚 CONCERT THROWBACK! 🧚✨

A little trip down memory lane to our mischievous and magical Vocational Ballet piece, Puck’s Mischief! 🌙🩰

Inspired by Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, this piece brought the cheeky character of Puck to life as he played pranks and caused mischief amongst the enchanted forest fairies! 🌿✨

Our talented Liam brought Puck to life with such cheekiness, energy and playful characterisation, capturing his mischievous nature perfectly! 🧚‍♂️💫

We look back so fondly on our 2025 concert and the special memories created along the way. ❤️

What was your favourite Puck moment? ✨

🧦💜 CRAZY SOCK DAY! 💜🧦

What better way to finish Term 3 than with one of our favourite annual SDDS traditions — CRAZY SOCK DAY! 🎉🧦

Our dancers and teachers pulled out their brightest, wildest and most colourful socks as we came together to support a cause that is very near and dear to our hearts. 💜 Cystic Fibrosis touches the lives of many families, including our very own Miss Trudi and her beautiful family.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined in, donated and helped us make our final day of Term 3 extra special! ✨ Your generosity and community spirit mean so much.

💜 Thank you, SDDS family, for always supporting causes close to our hearts!
